1 Returned goods will only be refunded if returned in their original unsealed condition and with a completed returns form. Until the goods are returned to us they are the customers responsibility. Please be aware that we are not responsible for lost parcels and these will not be refunded.
2 Please note bespoke ( including items cut to length to the customers specification) , special order items and earrings are non returnable.
3 Goods accepted back for return will be credited at the price on the invoice.
4 If you are returning an item due to a fault ( please send pictures in the first instance)we will always refund postage charges to an agreed amount but would ask that we choose the postage method.
5 Please note that earrings are excluded from the refund policy due to hygiene reasons. We are also unable to refund or exchange any bespoke, made to order items, specially ordered in items purchased from Palmer Metals ltd.
6 You have the right to cancel at any time from the moment you place your order online and up to 14 days after you receive your order ( exclusions apply). This is called a cooling off period. You need to email us during this period should you wish to cancel, you then have a further 14 days from the date you notify us of your cancellation to return the goods. Non faulty goods returned after this period will not be refunded and may be subject to return costs or we will refund at scrap value.
