These Terms and Conditions apply to the use of this website and to any orders placed with us. By using this website or placing an Order, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

2.1 All prices are shown exclusive of VAT, delivery charges and any other applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.

2.2 Where Goods contain precious metals, prices may be based on the relevant London Metal Exchange price at the time we accept your Order.

2.3 We take reasonable care to ensure prices are correct. If we discover an obvious pricing error, we will contact you and give you the option to reconfirm or cancel your Order and receive a full refund.


3. Payment

3.1 Payment must be made in full before Goods are dispatched.

3.2 We accept payment by debit card, credit card or agreed bank transfer. Any applicable bank or card charges are your responsibility.

3.3 Orders will not be dispatched until cleared funds are received.

3.4 All card payments are subject to authorisation by the card issuer. We are not responsible for delays or non-delivery caused by payment authorisation failure.


4. Formation of the Contract

4.1 Your Order constitutes an offer to purchase Goods from us.

4.2 We will confirm acceptance of your Order when we dispatch the Goods and send you confirmation of dispatch.

4.3 The Contract between you and us is formed only at the point of dispatch.

4.4 If we are unable to accept your Order, we will inform you and refund any payment received in full without delay.

5.1 Delivery will be made to the address provided by you when placing the Order.

5.2 You are responsible for ensuring delivery details are accurate. If incorrect details result in failed delivery, we may charge for redelivery.

6. Your Right to Cancel

6.1 You have the right to cancel your Contract within 14 days without giving any reason.

6.2 The cancellation period ends 14 days after the day you receive the Goods.

6.3 To exercise the right to cancel, you must inform us of your decision by a clear statement (for example by email or post).

6.4 You must return the Goods to us within 14 days of cancellation. Unless the Goods are faulty or incorrect, you are responsible for the cost of return.

6.5 We will refund all payments received from you, including standard delivery costs, within 14 days of receiving the returned Goods or proof of return.

11.1 We may refuse or cancel Orders where reasonable to do so, including where fraud is suspected or information cannot be verified.

11.2 If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

11.3 These Terms and any disputes arising from them are governed by English law and subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.


12. Additional 30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee

12.1 In addition to your statutory rights, we offer a 30-day satisfaction guarantee.

12.2 If you are not satisfied, you may return the Goods within 30 days of delivery. Return costs will be agreed in advance.

12.3 Refunds will be made to the original payment method within a reasonable time after the Goods are returned.
