These Terms and Conditions apply to the use of this website and to any orders placed with us. By using this website or placing an Order, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
In these Terms:

Customer / You means an individual acting as a consumer
Order means an order placed via our website, email, telephone or other accepted method
Contract means the agreement for the supply of Goods between you and us
Goods means any products supplied under the Contract
Website means www.palmermetals.co.uk and www.palmermetals.com
2.1 All prices are shown exclusive of VAT, delivery charges and any other applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
2.2 Where Goods contain precious metals, prices may be based on the relevant London Metal Exchange price at the time we accept your Order.
2.3 We take reasonable care to ensure prices are correct. If we discover an obvious pricing error, we will contact you and give you the option to reconfirm or cancel your Order and receive a full refund.
3.1 Payment must be made in full before Goods are dispatched.
3.2 We accept payment by debit card, credit card or agreed bank transfer. Any applicable bank or card charges are your responsibility.
3.3 Orders will not be dispatched until cleared funds are received.
3.4 All card payments are subject to authorisation by the card issuer. We are not responsible for delays or non-delivery caused by payment authorisation failure.
4.1 Your Order constitutes an offer to purchase Goods from us.
4.2 We will confirm acceptance of your Order when we dispatch the Goods and send you confirmation of dispatch.
4.3 The Contract between you and us is formed only at the point of dispatch.
4.4 If we are unable to accept your Order, we will inform you and refund any payment received in full without delay.
5.1 Delivery will be made to the address provided by you when placing the Order.
5.2 You are responsible for ensuring delivery details are accurate. If incorrect details result in failed delivery, we may charge for redelivery.
5.3 Estimated delivery dates are provided for guidance only and are not guaranteed.
The Goods remain at our risk until they are delivered into your physical possession or that of a person nominated by you.
Ownership of the Goods passes to you once we have received full payment.

6.1 You have the right to cancel your Contract within 14 days without giving any reason.
6.2 The cancellation period ends 14 days after the day you receive the Goods.
6.3 To exercise the right to cancel, you must inform us of your decision by a clear statement (for example by email or post).
6.4 You must return the Goods to us within 14 days of cancellation. Unless the Goods are faulty or incorrect, you are responsible for the cost of return.
6.5 We will refund all payments received from you, including standard delivery costs, within 14 days of receiving the returned Goods or proof of return.
The right to cancel does not apply to:
Goods made to your specifications or clearly personalised
Goods whose price depends on fluctuations in the financial market beyond our control

7.1 Goods must be as described, of satisfactory quality and fit for purpose.
7.2 If Goods are faulty or incorrect, you are entitled to a repair, replacement or refund in accordance with your statutory rights.
7.3 Where Goods are faulty or incorrect, we will reimburse reasonable return costs.
8.1 Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes our liability for:
Death or personal injury caused by our negligence
Fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation
Any matter which cannot be excluded or limited by law
8.2 Subject to clause 8.1, our total liability shall not exceed the price paid for the Goods.
8.3 We are not responsible for losses that were not foreseeable at the time the Contract was formed.
9.1 We take reasonable steps to safeguard your personal and payment information.
9.2 You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login details.
9.3 Our handling of personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy.
10.1 All content on this website is owned by Palmer Metals Ltd and may not be copied or used without prior written permission.
10.2 We reserve the right to suspend or withdraw the website at any time without notice.
11.1 We may refuse or cancel Orders where reasonable to do so, including where fraud is suspected or information cannot be verified.
11.2 If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
11.3 These Terms and any disputes arising from them are governed by English law and subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
12.1 In addition to your statutory rights, we offer a 30-day satisfaction guarantee.
12.2 If you are not satisfied, you may return the Goods within 30 days of delivery. Return costs will be agreed in advance.
12.3 Refunds will be made to the original payment method within a reasonable time after the Goods are returned.
