T-WRTAP05 Multi-Size Wrap 'n Tap Pliers 5-10mm. These pliers are so called because ring stock can be wrapped round the barrel shaped jaw, then tap it slightly on a mandrel and instantly make a complete ring. Very little tapping is necessary and half round wire will not twist, scratch or deform.
