Unique ball and socket provides 360 swivel/pivot as well as horizontal postion with a locking mechanism to hold firmly at any angle. Great for wire working. The screw on hardened steel ring mandrel is marked A-Z. The vice may be clamped to most benches or table tops up to 2inches in thickness. (Not meant for heavy hammering)
